1. Maida [500 gm]
2. Salt [10gm]
3. Ceil powder [10 gm]
4. Turmeric powder [10 gm ]
5. Mooge dal [300 gm ]
6. Soda [5gm]
7. Ouva [5gm]
8. Till [5gm]
9. Jegra [5gm]
10. Oil [250gm]
· Procedure:
First take a cooker and put some water then a cloths o9n stand ,then after 15 min remove it take in a plate put salt , chili powder , mooge dal , soda , ouva , till , jera , and make a duo and put in plate and shape machine make chakle shape put in a small flame then boil the oil after that make chakle shape abed fire it for 3 matter the chakle is ready .
