7.Practical nankhatai

Ingredient : maida (500 gm) , ghee (300 gm ),  sugar power (300 gm).

 *Prosier ; first mix maida , ghee & sugar power after mix it properly them shape small round & put it on tary & back it on oven after baking in properly and cool  down it after that our cukies is ready .

 * observation: 1) when we wait for cooling of nanket '& after baking it will be crispy& hard.
