25.Practical Chakle


Instrument : kedai , steel net ,steel plate , cooker ,shape machine.

Ingredient : maide [500gm] ,salt [10gm] , chili powder [10gm] ,mooge dal [300gm] ,soda [5gm] ,ouva [5gm] , till [5gm] ,jegra [5gm] ,oil [5gm] .

Procedure : first take a cooker and put some water then a cloths o9n stand ,then after 15 min remove it take in a plate put salt , chili powder , mooge dal  , soda , ouva , till , jera , and make  a duo and put in plate and shape machine make chakle  shape put in a small flame then boil the oil after that make chakle shape abed fire it for 3 matter the chakle is ready .

Observation : When we fries the  chakie cooler will changed
